How Teachers Can Share Their Own Learning

I liked this article because I could relate to feeling like my time was wasted and I left feeling like the PD meeting was not clear and concise.   Last week I spent forty five minutes of my only planning of the day waiting and watching a teacher try to figure out why the computers were updating when she should have been presenting to us information about Data using a new program that the county implemented. Needless to say we walked away without any insight on the information we should have been able to gather that and no planning time for a break that day. It is sad it comes down to this and it is necessary now days for us to have training in something as simple as re-delivery.
